Check back later this weekend for more about me, Todd Hash.
Site History
Several years ago I launched this site under the name “It’s How You Play the Game” and it focused largely on politics. This was a reminder of more gracious times when childhood ball teams were always reminded that “It’s not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game.“ Although winning and losing are certainly important, too often we forget that it’s how you play that reflects most on who you are as a person and the example you set for others. This was a lesson I felt far too many politicians had forgotten.
In the spring of 2010 my site was twice hacked by evil-doers. I think it was trolls. So I ripped down the site, found a new webhost and toss out the political commentary, in favor of a personal development focus. Why? I didn’t want to risk alienating people who are simply looking for hope and a helping hand by mixing in controversial political commentary. One day I may bring back the politics, but it won’t be on this site.
